What is the minimum order?
10 units per product to enter the wholesale programme.
How long does approval take?

Can I resell below RRP?
Not without prior written consent from The Dental Shaman.
What is the standard lead time?
Orders are fulfilled with a 7 to 14 day lead time within the UK.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. International orders may take longer and can arrive in more than one parcel depending on order size.
Will my order arrive in one shipment?
Usually, yes. Larger international orders may be split into more than one parcel, each individually tracked.
What if a parcel can't be delivered?
We'll contact you to arrange redelivery to an alternative address within a set window.
What payment terms do you offer?
Full payment is required before dispatch. Credit terms are not currently offered.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Report it within 48 hours with photos to shop@thedentalshaman.com and we'll arrange a resolution.
