🚚 Fulfilment & Dispatch

All physical orders are packed and shipped from our UK-based fulfilment partner, CK Fulfilment.

Processing time 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
Dispatch confirmation You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Standard (Tracked Royal Mail / Courier): FREE

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

🇪🇺 EU Shipping

  • Standard (Tracked): £7 flat rate

  • FREE on orders over £100

  • Delivered via local postal carrier

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

📌 We use IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop), which means VAT is included at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

🌎 International Shipping

  • USA & Rest of World: Flat rate calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on location and local customs

  • Tracking included

⚠️ Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs, taxes or import fees required by your country. We always provide accurate documentation with your parcel.

🌀 Digital Products

Any digital products (audio guides, eBooks, PDFs) are delivered instantly to your email inbox after checkout.
You’ll also be able to re-download them anytime from your Post-Purchase Hub or confirmation email.

🔁 Missed Deliveries & Returns

If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional fee may apply).
