Our products are designed to support oral hygiene and general wellness. They are not medical devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a specific dental or medical concern, please consult a qualified dental or medical professional.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the shop are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and fees.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated and may be subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All payments must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We use Shopify Payments to process transactions securely. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is formed only when we confirm your order by email and dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third party carriers or customs authorities.

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

12. Wholesale and Bulk Order Terms

The following additional terms apply to all wholesale and bulk orders placed through our wholesale programme:

All wholesale sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on any wholesale purchase under any circumstances.

Wholesale buyers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shop@thedentalshaman.com with photographic evidence. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Products purchased through the wholesale programme must not be resold below the recommended retail price (RRP) without prior written consent from The Dental Shaman. Breach of this condition may result in termination of wholesale access.

Wholesale prices are available only to approved account holders. Accounts are approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke wholesale access at any time.

Full payment is required before any wholesale order is dispatched. We do not offer credit terms at this time.

Wholesale orders are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre with a lead time of 7 to 14 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales as the primary jurisdiction, being the country of incorporation of Marc Mortiboys Products Ltd.

However, nothing in these terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your own country. Where local mandatory law applies, it takes precedence over the choice of English law.
